About Holborn Law

Nesa Targhibi is the founder and president of Holborn Law, where she helps families across Orange County and Southern California protect the people and assets they care about most through wills, trusts, probate, and trust administration.

Nesa immigrated to the United States with her family at fifteen, from Tehran, Iran. Before law school, she earned a business degree from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a background she brings directly into her legal practice. Having run a business herself, she understands her clients’ concerns beyond the paperwork. She went on to earn her law degree from Chapman University School of Law, where she was offered a merit scholarship and focused her studies on tax law. While in school, she worked as a research assistant to Professor Marissa Cianciarulo and as a law clerk handling estate planning and corporate matters, the work that shaped her focus on this area of law.

Nesa was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2014 and founded Holborn Law the following year.

Nesa is fluent in Farsi and has been an active leader in the Iranian American Bar Association, Orange County Chapter, since 2015. For Persian-speaking clients, Nesa can work in their own language through every step of the estate planning or probate process.
